CompleteCare is a remote only IT Support package, pre paid annually and designed to meet the needs of customers with a smaller number of users, whereas our Managed Services package is designed to meet the needs of customer with a larger number of users and typically more complex environments. The CompleteCare Plus service package can be tailored to meet the needs of any business IT requirement between these two standard offerings.
CompleteCare is a reactive IT Support service developed specifically to meet the day to day support requirements of a typical SME.
The base package is targeted at business’s with a user base of 1 – 10 typically, with a low to moderate IT overhead. The package is aimed at not only at break/fix support but incorporates critical components in backup and protection giving the customer piece of mind in everything IT, enabling them to concentrate on their business operations and growth.
Complete Care Plus
This is a bespoke service offering and as our customer base is wide ranging in terms of size and spread across many sectors this is where our service agreements typically land.
CompleteCare Plus incorporates all of the CompleteCare core components with bolt-ons, such as those listed below, bundled into the service package ensuring we cover all of your business needs.
