About
4Site IT Solutions Ltd was established in 2011 with the objective of providing exceptional products and services to the SME market, a space where businesses often fall through a gap with many IT providers naturally gravitating to larger scale businesses as they themselves develop. We have always set out to concentrate our efforts on the SME market, and although developments in Cloud technologies have enabled us to provide a wide range of scalable solutions to business of varying size, it is the small to mid market space where our expertise are best employed.
We are a small and highly responsive team of IT professionals, with a combined industry experience of more years than any of us dare mention here!
Meet the team...
Founder and Managing Director Gavin Garnett (left!) has worked in IT from leaving college during the 1990’s. Initially working within the Financial Services sector for Bank of America, Capital Bank, Bank of Scotland/HBOS, and then a short spell working for IBM Global Services before moving into the SME IT world in 2003. Gavin gained his MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) qualification in Windows 2000, and has vast experience in delivering technology solutions and support to a varied customer base over the past 16 years.
Gavin is also the co founder and Managing Director of The Gadget Refuge Ltd
Abdul has been an ever present member of 4Site, as the first member of staff to join back in 2012, and having been fundamental in delivering a consistently high service to our customers. Appreciated by customers for his patience and in depth understanding, Abdul is equally appreciated for his committment and long service.
Working closely with Al, Abdul’s role as Helpdesk Manager sees him overseeing the support function, as well as dealing with 1st and 2nd line technical support accross our range of services.
Al joined 4Site as an apprentice in 2015, continuing into a junior tech role and now onto a senior tech position. Al has developed hugely to become an integral part of the team, working closely with Abdul delivering 1st and 2nd line support accross our range of services. Al is known for his committment to seeing a problem through, and is equally very well regarded throughout our customer base for his approach to problem solving.
