CompleteCare is a reactive IT Support service developed specifically to meet the day to day support requirements of a typical SME.

The base package is targeted at business’s with a user base of 1 – 10 typically, with a low to moderate IT overhead. The package is aimed at not only at break/fix support but incorporates critical components in backup and protection giving the customer piece of mind in everything IT, enabling them to concentrate on their business operations and growth.

CompleteCare Plus

 

This is a bespoke service offering and as our customer base is wide ranging in terms of size and spread across many sectors this is where our service agreements typically land.

CompleteCare Plus incorporates all of the CompleteCare core components with bolt-ons, such as those listed below, bundled into the service package ensuring we cover all of your business needs.

Remote IT Support

From time to time things inevitably go wrong with your IT systems. Simply contact our helpdesk either using the Remote Support application, or pick up the phone and we will assist you with your technical difficulties.

You will always be connected to a real person, sat in our office in the heart of Cheshire. We will ensure that your problems are dealt with professionally and efficiently, giving you the reassurance, your IT is in safe hands.

Cloud Backup

Backing up your data should be an integral part of day to day computing activities. The powerful 500GB online backup account included with CompleteCare provides a seamless process for backing up your business critical data. It’s simple, once its installed there’s nothing to manage and more importantly nothing to worry about. In the event you lose some data for any reason, just contact our helpdesk and we will be able to recover it quickly and easily.

Antivirus

Avast Business CloudCare Anti Virus helps to protect your PC from potentially damaging malware.

4Site IT Solutions are able to remotely manage individual software components with real time email alerts sent to our helpdesk if a virus is detected.

Annual PC MOT

Just like your car, every year your PC’s should have a check-up.

Unlike mechanics however, we aren’t checking your emissions or tire wear, what we do is, clean up your hard drive, get rid of the clutter of temporary files to ensure your PC’s perform efficiently and importantly check for and remove security threats.
